The building respects and compliments the adjacent tenements with large glazed openings addressing the street. A limited palette of robust materials including red sandstone, variegated grey brick and dark grey zinc unifies the facade composition, giving the building a clear identity, firmly rooted in it’s surroundings.

High density is achieved by incorporating two upper floors which are carefully set back from parapet level to minimise both visibility from the street and overshadowing. These areas benefit from generous roof terraces affording panoramic views across the City.
