My clients wished to remain in the same area of West Glasgow but needed more space and wanted to add drama and a ‘wow’ factor to their 1960s three bedroomed semi-detached house.

Our solution was to turn the house on its side, adding an open plan two storey side extension which contains Living, Kitchen and Dining spaces and repurpose the existing house to add another bedroom and en-suite over ground and first floors.

The newly built extension opens up the house to the rear garden and, by relocating the main living area to first floor allows spectacular views over the rooftops of North Glasgow to the Campsie Fells.
