Following the success of our refresh of Dakhin
, Bapu Hospitality invited us to come up with a design for the refurbishment of their sister restaurant, the Dhabba.

Showcasing the food of Northern India, the Dhabba is more Restaurant than Diner, and our proposals take this into account whilst playing on the same contemporary Indian themes as Dakhin.

Reinterpreting the material palette employed at Dakhin, Indian motifs are interpreted in a more sophisticated and urban way to create a sleek, modern restaurant space which still feels authentically Indian.
